He bought the wrong item by his mistake, and he messed up with the return of the item. He aslo left negative feedback; I had to involve eBay so as to remove the negative feedback. Real troublemaker who made me waste time for a low cost item. I have permanently blocked him from future business, and I recommend that every seller does the same.
