Bids on U.S. Auctions even though they are Marked as "Ships to US Only" as well as (in my case) having it written in bold letters on the auction. Not really sure how he does it, but I see by his feedback he has done it more than once. By doing this it locks out my ability to charge ANYTHING for shipping. I refused to ship as his address is outside the USA so he sent me a negative: My first in over 8 years.
